What are the hotel rules?

B1 - Scripting

Scripting is not allowed. This includes scripting site objects such as the changer using firebug or another tool to go nude or remove articles of clothing that are not options within the changer

B2 - Sexually Explicit Behaviour

We do not encourage nor promote sexual behavior. This includes but not limited to, sexual roleplay/cybercex. We encourage all users to act proper and at all times avoid this.

B3- Harassment

We do not allow harassment. This includes but is not limited to, flaming users. We do allow profanity, but not when targeted at other users of the hotel. We do not allow hate speech in the hotel either. Do not attack someone because of their ethnicity, sexuality, nationality or religion (or anything else that could be considered a hate crime).

B4- Scamming

Scamming in Ultima isn't a very serious issue, but it does happen. Those who scam will be banned without question (upon investigation). Staff have tradelogs, chatlogs, consolelogs, invitelogs and accesslogs to look through for this.

B5 - Advertising

We do not allow advertising. This means, do not link to competitive hotels or sites that may be deemed dangerous for our users. Even if you are not meaning to advertise, never give out a url to any site that contains a hotel on it.

B6 - Inappropriate Name/Room/Group

Room names, groups and usernames are to be clean and appropriate.

B7 - Multiple Accounts (Cloning) / Account Sharing

We do NOT allow you to have more than one account unless you contact an administrator with proof you are wanting to sing up a 'family member'. Friends can use their own computers. We have an IP limit set on the site to avoid this but if you fail to adhere, you may suffer a ban on all accounts.
Do not share accounts. This includes, but not limited to, logging into someone elses account. It doesn't matter if they gave you the account or sold it to you, you are not permitted to sign into it. Anyone giving out their password should be reported.

What are the consequences for breaking the rules?

The consequences vary depending on the rule you've broken. Serious offenses may result in a ban while minor ones may be a slap on the wrist with a warning. Major offenses, will result in an IP ban. Advertising leads to an IP ban, without any questions.

Who enforces the rules?

Within the hotel, the Moderators enforce the rules but on occasions the Administration team will do so.
